REFUND and EXCHANGE POLICYAt Simply Tempted Bath & Body Co., your satisfaction is our #1 goal! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will arrange to have it refunded or replaced. We do not pay for items being shipped back to us for a refund or exchange, or for original shipping charges...we refund the product price only.
If returning products to us, they must not be tampered with or used. All items must be sealed, and in re-stocking condition. We will not accept unsealed products for return.

We will not give out your e-mail address, credit card information or any other information pertaining to your privacy!
